Walnut Valley Schools Thank Deputy St. Amant
DIAMOND BAR, CA--About 20 Walnut Valley Unified principals, administrators, and friends gathered to congratulate Deputy Mark St. Amant of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department on his upcoming retirement.
St. Amant, has been in law enforcement over 30 years and has provided dedicated service to Walnut Valley Schools.
We are celebrating one of our local community heroes, said Quail Summit Elementary Principal Dr. Alysia Hobbs.
“You’ve been wholly committed to us and we really appreciate it,” she said.
The group shared stories and memories during the breakfast reception held in the Diamond Bar High School library on March 27.
Diamond Bar High Principal Catherine Real thanked Deputy St. Amant for helping the school out in numerous ways through the years and then presented him with a card and gift.
“It’s been fun!” St. Amant said.
He will relax “a little bit” and will soon be back serving the community as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff.
“I’m looking forward to it,” he said.
