Beauty and the Beast Staged at South Pointe

WALNUT, CA--South Pointe Middle School Choir and Drama Departments presented Beauty and the Beast Jr. on December 4-7.

Jordan Parra, Katelyn Contreras, Julia Prudencio, Brandon Tanjuaquio and Ruby Hernandez were featured in the lead roles of the beloved Oscar-winning musical.

In total, 55 students appeared in the double-cast production.

“It was truly magical,” said Director and Choir Teacher Robin Wadsworth.

Brenda Xiao was cast in the role of Luminaire in South Pointe’s production of Beauty and the Beast Jr.

Beauty and the Beast Jr. featured Jordan Parra and Julia Prudencio in the lead roles of the Beast and Belle. 

Jordan Parra and Katelyn Contreras were cast in the lead roles of the double cast production of Beauty and the Beast. 

South Pointe presented the award-winning musical Beauty and the Beast Jr. on December 4-7.
