DIAMOND BAR, CA--The Diamond Bar High School Theatre Department invites you to take a trip to the warm weather of Palm Beach in Michael McKeever’s frothy farce Suite Surrender showing October 26, 27 and November 2, 3 at 7 p.m.
It's 1942, and two of Hollywood's biggest divas have descended upon the luxurious Royale Hotel -- assistants, luggage, and legendary feud with one another in tow.
Everything seems to be in order for their wartime performance...that is, until they are somehow assigned to the same suite.
Mistaken identities, overblown egos, double entendres, and a lap dog named Mr. Boodles round out this hilarious riot of a love note to the classic comedies of the 30s and 40s.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students and may be purchased online at seatyourself.biz/dbhsdrama.
Diamond Bar High School is located at 21400 E. Pathfinder Road in Diamond Bar.
